This week on the scoop, Salim Amin sits down with Gabriel Negatu, Regional Director for Eastern Africa Regional Resource Centre for the African Development Bank (AfDB). In this capacity, Negatu has direct oversight responsibility for thirteen countries in the region, including Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda. His responsibilities include Portfolio Management, Project Lending, Transaction Advisory Services, Analytical and Knowledge work. Through his leadership, the AfDB has strengthened its focus on promoting infrastructure development in the East Africa region.
